We have been growing and harvesting German Extra Hardy garlic in Western New York state from organically certified seed stock since 2003. The climate and soil here along the Lake Ontario shoreline are perfect for growing great-tasting garlic without the need for additional fertilizers or chemicals.
When you buy garlic from us, all you get is 100% garlic. Our garlic is not certified organic, but our family eats the garlic we grow and we wouldn’t put anything into our garlic we wouldn’t want to eat ourselves.
All of our garlic is planted and harvested by hand. We cure our garlic just right for optimum storage. We hand-select only the best bulbs for shipping to our customers and take great pride in providing a high-quality, great-tasting garlic for you to enjoy.
We sell on a first come, first served basis and typically sell out before the end of the season. We begin taking orders July 1st and the garlic begins shipping in August. Order your garlic early as the largest bulbs go first. However, no matter when you place your order, we guarantee bulbs of at least 1.5″ in diameter.
